The most anticipated date for the 26th edition of the annual shopping and entertainment event in the emirate has been announced and the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) will be held from December 17 this year until January 30, 2021.
The shopping extravaganza is planned to offer six weeks of family fun and entertainment, live concerts, unique markets, art installations, stage shows as well as super sales, the best promotions and chances to win life-changing lucky draws for residents and visitors to enjoy across the city.
Organized by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), this year’s DSF events will commence a week earlier than previous editions, so the visitors can enjoy the most of the school holidays, festive period and end of year sales season which will commence from 26 December in Dubai.
The event line-up will roll out with a stunning opening weekend on 17 December with concerts by world-famous music stars, stunning light and fireworks shows, entertainment in malls and activations by high-end retail brands, topped with special celebrations on New Year’s Eve and the mega raffle which brings chances to win luxury cars, cash prizes and much more.

DFRE has assured that the festival will be a family-friendly affair with each of the participating malls and event venues keeping up the high health, hygiene and safety standards in line with pandemic regulations.
Last year the festival showcased 199 live concerts which included world-famous singers like Liam Payne, John Legend, Hussain Al Jassmi and prizes worth $13 million were given away through the raffle prizes along with other gifts.
