One of the largest banking groups in the Middle East, Emirates NBD has won two major recognition at the prestigious financial magazine, Euromoney’s Awards for Excellence 2021.
For the seventh consecutive year, Emirates NBD has secured the ‘Best Bank in the UAE’ accolade. Further, in recognition of the bank’s leading position in the highly competitive regional banking sector, it was awarded the title of “Best Bank in the Middle East.”
The bank was also appreciated for its continuous efforts on product and service innovation to create an ease in customer experience, reinforcing Emirates NBD’s position as the bank of choice for customers, employees, and shareholders.

The prestigious recognition at the Euromoney Award for Excellence is the latest in a series of honors received by the bank. Earlier this year, Emirates NBD was recognized for its effort in the region in responding to the global pandemic and its pioneering approach to innovation in digital banking by The Banker. It was named ‘Bank of the Year-UAE 2020’ for the sixth year and ‘Bank of the Year-Middle East 2020’ for the third time.
