Emirates unveils exclusive offers for customers amid Dubai Expo 2020

UAE’s largest airline Emirates is introducing more new offers for all citizens and residents in the country throughout the six-month Expo 2020 Dubai event.

According to the statement, Emirates’ customers can enjoy complimentary access to the Dubai Frame, one of the city’s iconic attractions offering a panoramic view of old and new Dubai. Further, the customers can also take advantage of great discounts and advantages at over 500 shopping, eating, and recreational sites around Dubai and the UAE with an Emirates boarding pass.

The following are some of Emirates’ current special offers:

  • Free Emirates Expo Day Pass: Customers in the UAE will be eligible for a complimentary Emirates Expo Day Pass for every flight ticket booked with the airline at any time during the much-anticipated Expo 2020 mega event.
  • Fly with Emirates: The airline resumed passenger services to over 120 destinations from Dubai as international borders reopen and travel restrictions ease.
  • Health and wellbeing: Emirates implemented a comprehensive set of safety procedures at every step of the customer journey, with the health and safety of its customers as a primary priority. Recently, the airline introduced contactless technology and expanded its digital verification capabilities to offer its clients even more opportunities to utilize the IATA Travel Pass.
  • Travel assurance: Emirates continues to lead the market with its cutting-edge products and services that cater to the changing needs of travelers. The airline expanded its customer service activities further with more generous and flexible booking procedures, multi-risk insurance coverage, and assisting loyal customers in maintaining their miles and tier status.

According to the statement, “Customers are encouraged to check the latest government travel restrictions in their country of origin and ensure they meet the travel requirements of their final destination.”
