Etihad Airways has introduced a limited-time promotional offer for its Pets Onboard service, allowing guests to travel with their cats and dogs in the aircraft cabin at a reduced rate, while maintaining its standards of care, comfort and safety.
The offer, available until 31 May 2026, enables guests who book and travel within the period to use the Pets Onboard service for $399 per flight segment. The offer aims to enhance accessibility as demand rises for pet-inclusive travel options.
Based in Abu Dhabi, Etihad remains the only airline in the UAE offering guests the option to travel with pets in the cabin. The airline said the service continues to evolve in response to increasing demand from travelers wishing to fly with their pets.
To ensure consistent comfort standards, pets must travel in an approved carrier throughout the flight. In Economy Class, the carrier can be placed under the seat in front, while passengers seeking more space may purchase an additional seat for their pet. In Business Class, pets are accommodated with an extra seat, providing additional room and safety.
