Gulf Air Group has launched FLY, a new summer internship program aimed at inspiring Bahraini school students to explore career paths in aviation and develop essential skills for the future.

Designed as a hands-on learning experience, FLY offers participants interactive exposure to various areas within the aviation ecosystem. The initiative reinforces the Group’s commitment to developing national talent and fostering strong links with the education sector.

Through field visits, guided sessions, and real-world experiences, students will gain insights into airline operations, airport management, ground services, and technical training. The program is delivered in collaboration with key Gulf Air Group entities, including Gulf Air and Bahrain Airport Company.

To ensure wide participation, Gulf Air Group has partnered with several education and community-focused institutions to nominate students for the program. These partners include the Royal Humanitarian Foundation, Nasser Centre for Science and Technology, AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation, INJAZ Bahrain, Bahrain Bayan School, Ibn Khuldoon National School, and Beacon Private School.
