Dubai Based Habtoor Hospitality has partnered with Ellis Kosher Kitchen to become the “first hotel group” to introduce kosher food and drink services to its culinary portfolio in the UAE.
“Kosher” is a term used to describe food that satisfies the strict dietary standards of traditional Jewish law. According to the Jews, kosher is about more than just health or food safety. It’s about commitment to religious practice and respect.
The meals will be prepared according to the OU Kosher Certification (Orthodox United), which is an accepted form of certification for the global handling of kosher meals. With this service, the guests with kosher meal preferences will be able to choose from the variety of
packaged and sealed dishes with an OU certified stamp, assuring safe and satisfying culinary experience.
The service will be available at several of Habtoor’s hotels including Hilton Dubai, V Hotel, Habtoor Palace Dubai, LXR Hotel and Resorts, Habtoor Grand Resort, Autograph Collection LLC, Metropolitan Hotel and Habtoor Polo Resort.
