Mubadala Bio’s Al Ittihad Drug Store (IDS) has entered into an agreement with Valeo Health to strengthen its digital distribution footprint and accelerate its direct-to-consumer (D2C) strategy.
The IDS-Valeo Health agreement was signed by Khalid Alkaf, General Manager of Pharma Logistics at Mubadala Bio, and Sundeep Singh, CEO and Co-founder of Valeo Health, and witnessed by Hamad Husein Al Marzooqi, Group Deputy CEO of Mubadala Bio.
This marks an important milestone in Mubadala Bio’s strategic expansion into the eCommerce sector, with Valeo Health appointed as its exclusive online channel partner.
Through this partnership, Mubadala Bio’s existing range of products in the longevity and wellness categories will become more widely accessible to consumers, enhancing their availability and reach across digital platforms.
This initiative highlights Mubadala Bio’s dedication to enhancing access to premium medical and wellness products throughout the region. At the same time, it reflects the company’s strategic approach to diversifying its distribution channels to cater to the growing consumer demand for convenient, reliable, and easily accessible healthcare and wellness solutions.
In February, Mubadala Bio finalized the full acquisition of Al Ittihad Drug Store (IDS) and Global Medical Supply Chain (GMSC) from Yas Holding’s GlobalOne Healthcare Holding, following the initial 80 percent acquisition at the end of 2024.
