Oman’s OOMCO, AMLS join forces to begin warehouse operations in Al Sawadi

Omani fuel marketing company, Oman Oil Marketing Company (OOMCO) has started operations at its new central warehouse in Al Sawadi, with the support of its long-term partner, Al Madina Logistics Services (ALMS).

According to the statement, the 2,900 sqm facility has the capacity for 4,500 pallet positions, serving to accommodate the rising demand for OOMCO’s lubricants across Oman.

OOMCO provides a complete variety of lubricant supplies and services in all areas of Oman, with the goal of positioning itself as the most customer-centric marketer in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.

Mr. Talib Omar Al Maadi, Supply Chain General Manager at OOMCO said, “The new centralized warehouse in Al Sawadi will ease our lubricants supply chain processes. With direct access from the main road of Al Batinah Highway and the Expressway, the location will allow us to expand our reach beyond the populated areas in Muscat and permit shorter delivery times.”
