Qatar Airways has marked the launch of three non-stop weekly flights between Hamad International Airport (DOH) in Qatar and Hail International Airport (HAS), its 13th destination in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The launch of the new route reinforces the airline’s strategic commitment to expanding its footprint across the Kingdom, underscoring the Saudi market’s growing significance within its global network.

In line with Qatar Airways’ long-term vision to strengthen regional connectivity, the new service will enhance travel links from Africa, the Indian Subcontinent, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia to Saudi Arabia’s north-central region.

With the introduction of Hail, Qatar Airways now operates more than 150 weekly flights to 13 destinations across Saudi Arabia, including Abha, AlUla, Dammam, Jeddah, Medina, NEOM, Qassim, Riyadh, Tabuk, Taif, The Red Sea, and Yanbu. Recognized as the World’s Best Airline by Skytrax in 2025, Qatar Airways offers travelers from across the Kingdom seamless, world-class connectivity to over 170 destinations worldwide via its award-winning Doha hub, Hamad International Airport.

Located in north-central Saudi Arabia, Hail Province is renowned for its rich history, cultural heritage, and striking desert landscapes, making it an attractive destination for travelers seeking authentic cultural experiences and outdoor adventures.

Once a vital stop along ancient trade and pilgrimage routes, the region is home to UNESCO World Heritage Sites showcasing rock art that bears witness to thousands of years of human history. Today, Hail continues to develop as a key cultural and regional center within the Kingdom.
