Qatar Chamber has discussed economic relations and investment opportunities with a delegation from the National US-Arab Chamber of Commerce (NUSACC).

The meeting brought together First Vice Chairman of Qatar Chamber Mohamed bin Twar Al Kuwari and President and CEO of NUSACC David Hamod, where they reviewed bilateral economic ties between Qatar and the United States.

Furthermore, they explored potential areas of investment cooperation between the Qatari private sector and its American counterpart.

Speaking at the meeting, Twar Al Kuwari emphasized that Qatar and the United States share strong and longstanding relations, noting that there are plenty of opportunities for expanding cooperation and partnerships between companies in both countries.

He reaffirmed Qatar Chamber’s support for strengthening ties between the two business communities and welcomed greater engagement by American companies in the Qatari market, particularly in promising sectors.

For his part, David Hamod noted that the time is appropriate for investment in the US, highlighting the wide range of opportunities available across multiple sectors. These include grain storage silos, data centers, green technology, agriculture, real estate, and industry, among others.

He also extended an invitation to members of the Chamber’s Board of Directors and Qatari business leaders to visit the state of Iowa to explore investment opportunities firsthand and meet with their American counterparts to discuss potential areas of cooperation and partnership.

Qatar Chamber and NUSACC agreed to continue fostering dialogue and collaboration through joint initiatives, business delegations, and sector-specific workshops. They highlighted the importance of knowledge sharing, technology transfer, and strategic partnerships to unlock new avenues for growth.
