The UAE-born pioneer in HVAC solutions, Seagull has expanded its industrial presence with a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone.
Seagull established its manufacturing unit in RAKEZ’s Al Ghail Industrial Zone with a total investment of $4 million (AED 15 million).
Covering 17,045 m², the facility includes a pre-built manufacturing plant optimized for both operational efficiency and employee wellbeing. Now fully operational, it continues to undergo enhancements that aim to establish a new standard for world-class manufacturing environments.
The plant boasts a monthly production capacity of 50,000 m² of GI coils and will cater to key regional markets, including the UAE, KSA, Oman, and Qatar. Currently employing 180 staff, the workforce is expected to grow to 300 by mid-2026 as production ramps up and new product lines are introduced.
Seagull’s Growth Strategy
This milestone represents the next phase of Seagull’s growth strategy in Ras Al Khaimah. The company plans to double its factory floor space and expand staff accommodation facilities by 2026 to meet future demand.
