stc Bahrain, a world-class digital enabler, has launched its newest outlet at Marassi Galleria Mall in order to cater to its growing customer base in Bahrain.

Expanding its footprint across the Kingdom, stc Bahrain now operates 21 retail outlets. The new outlet is in line with the company’s plans to continue growing its presence in the Kingdom.

The stc outlet at Marassi Galleria Mall will serve as a one-stop shop that offers a wide range of the latest stc products and services. This includes Postpaid, Prepaid, Broadband, Devices, and Insurance products, as well as smartphones, tablets, electronics, accessories, and so on.

The stc outlet at Marassi Galleria Mall will introduce a comprehensive range of customer-centric payment options, including Self Service Machines (SSMs) and payment terminals to enhance customer accessibility to stc’s products and services.

According to the statement, “These self-service payment channels guarantee swift and efficient transactions, elevating the overall customer experience to unprecedented levels.”

Earlier this year, stc Bahrain introduced its latest innovation called 5G New Calling. As the first telecom operator to achieve this milestone, this service is poised to revolutionize the telecommunications industry and enhance communication for individuals, businesses, and industries with its exceptional connectivity and crystal-clear audio quality.

The 5G New Calling feature allows users to go beyond regular conversations and enjoy interactive HD video chats for better collaboration and connection.

Using the advanced 5G New Calling technology, stc Bahrain plans to introduce unique features like video calls with real-time translations, turning speech into text, screen sharing, an interactive visual menu, and enterprise ID cards.
