“We have carefully reviewed all SAF panel supplier options and there is no doubt in our minds that Shelfco is the perfect fit. They have completed all of their previous projects in their impressive track record with the utmost precision and have extensive experience across a breadth of commercial and residential project metal works. They have been awarded a seal of excellence for their quality of work provided on multiple contracts – a testament to their competencies. This appointment is in line with our continuous mission to only work with the best-in-class, thereby providing our investors and end-users quality homes that are built to last.”

According to the company statement, “Riviera will be home to 71 mid-rise buildings, overlooking an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins, a lush- green social space.”

The stylish waterfront lifestyle destination, which is part of the internationally famous MBR City, will include around 16,000 residences that are conveniently located in the midst of all the business, leisure, and retail hubs of the city.

Recently, the developer has appointed Solitude Trading, an electrical and mechanical (E&M) services provider, for a multi-million contract to supply refuse chute systems for 15 buildings within Riviera.
