Dubai-based international holding company NY Koen Group is reportedly preparing to place a purchase bid for Israel’s third-largest airline, Israir in an upcoming auction.

Israel’s biggest tour operator Israir Airlines specializes in creating the Mediterranean and European travel packages for both individuals and groups in the middle-income category.

NY Koen Group which would make the purchase through its subsidiary Aero Private Jet will see this transaction as an opportunity to expand its operations as air travel is likely to improve between the UAE and Israel after the emirates reinstated trade ties with the middle eastern country in August.

The airliner operates scheduled and chartered flights to most of the popular destinations in Europe with over a million flyers serviced per year through its international and domestic flights. Israir functions as an all-in-one solution provider with its services which include all flights, hotel bookings, transfers and other ground services at highly competitive rates with an onus on peerless customer service.

Aero Private Jet

One of the largest operators and private owners of business jets across the globe, Aero Private Jet has access to over 7,000 planes and 4,000 airports.

Naum Koen, founder of NY Koen Group shares that ” Our highly experienced personal managers will help you plan your flights and all the accompanying services.” adding “We will help you with everything from organizing a private flight to helping you organize your itinerary.”

UAE’s resumption of trade ties with Israel has resulted in an uptick in business deals and collaborations among healthcare, finance and tech companies from both nations. Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) recently shared its plan to set up its first international office in Israel’s capital city Tel Aviv.
