“It is with great pleasure that we announce our partnership with Transgulf Cement Products to provide our pride and joy, Riviera in MBR City, with premium pavers and interlocks. We are committed to only working with the best vendors and contractors that will enable us to meet and exceed the expectations of our esteemed investors and end customers.”

Earlier this year, Azizi Developments partnered with Transgulf Cement Products in order to supply cement products for Azizi’s Riviera project.

Under this partnership, Transgulf Cement Products offers a wide range of concrete products available in many colors, patterns, and designs to suit all types of architectures to Azizi’s premium soon-to-be-completed residential and commercial developments in Riviera.

Riviera is part of Azizi Developments’ award-winning portfolio. It is a stylish waterfront-lifestyle destination conveniently located in the heart of Mohammed Bin Rashid City.

Designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai, Riviera features three districts such as an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins, a vast and lush-green social space.

In June, Azizi Developments signed an agreement with Bin Ham North Ocean Elevators to supply, install, test, and commission premium Hyundai elevators across the third phase of Riviera.
