Wasl unveils modern gated staff accommodation project in Dubai

Wasl Asset Management Group, one of the largest real estate development and management companies in Dubai, has launched ‘Wasl Mosaic,’ a modern gated staff accommodation project in Al Warsan.

Wasl Mosaic comprises 3,866 units across 33 buildings in a mix of shared, studios and one-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 275 to 726 sq ft and all characterized by high-end finishing.

Located strategically, the project is in proximity to Dragon Mart, with direct access to Emirates Road and Ras Al Khor Road.

According to the statement, “It is also within reach of Ras Al Khor, Al Warqaa, Nad Al Hammar, and Academic City. Other nearby attractions include Dubai Safari Park, Mirdif City Center, and Dubai Outlet Mall.”

The company added that amenities at the project include a community swimming pool and a gym, basketball and volleyball courts, a community center, ample parking spaces, and nine retail outlets, including a supermarket, a clinic, and a pharmacy. Common kitchen and dining rooms are also available on the ground floor of each shared block.

The new project emphasizes the well-being and needs of staff and delivers a unique lifestyle with its range of amenities.

It also comes as part of Wasl’s diversified portfolio of units across Dubai, which features residential and commercial units, all of which cater to different segments of society.

Last year, Wasl Properties launched The Nook 1 building, which is part of the wasl gate master development in Jebel Ali. The Nook 1, which consists of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, features modern amenities, including a pool, a state-of-the-art gym, a kids’ play area, and surrounding lush landscaping to ensure a comfortable lifestyle for tenants.
