Yellow.ai cuts its time-to-market by 50% with pre-built Dynamic AI agents

Yellow.ai, the world’s leading next-gen total experience (TX) automation platform, has augmented its Marketplace with pre-built, low-code Dynamic AI agents, enabling faster time-to-market and quicker time to value for enterprises.

The addition of pre-trained, ready-to-deploy vertical AI agents is designed to help organizations accelerate their TX automation journey, in line with the company’s commitment to drive continuous innovation through its product offerings.

Yellow.ai’s Marketplace’s centralized solution library enables businesses to deploy AI Agents in just a few clicks, reducing time-to-market by up to 50 percent. It includes Prebuilt Industry Templates for use cases in key industries like retail and automotive, as well as for use cases in customer support, customer engagement, conversational commerce, HR, and ITSM automation.

It also includes Prebuilt Channel Integrators for 35+ channels like Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Wechat, Slack, Twitter, MS Teams, and Instagram.
