“We are pleased to announce that our services are now available on TAMM, which harnesses the latest technologies and digital solutions to provide seamless service experiences for customers. Digital transformation has become a reality in this day and age. The digital ecosystem has proven its ability and resilience to adapt to emerging crises, especially the COVID-19 pandemic.”

It is worth noting that the TAMM platform grants citizens, residents, and visitors in Abu Dhabi a seamless and approachable way to access all Abu Dhabi government services within a unified ecosystem titled “One Government, A unified Ecosystem” through four main channels, Customer Service Centers, Contact Center, TAMM website, and TAMM smart app.

Customers can also get the required information about all government services including general information about a specific service, the eligibility for obtaining the service, the supporting documents for the service, and completing the registration request, which would provide citizens and residents with high-quality and efficient government services through a single point of access.
