Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH), the aerospace platform of Dubai South, has announced that construction of its Sky Support Complex is progressing on schedule and is expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2026, further expanding infrastructure to support the growing aerospace and aviation sectors.
Located within the Aerospace Supply Chain Zone, the Sky Support Complex is a 16,661-square-meter landside facility comprising 14 premium units designed to accommodate aviation-related businesses and strengthen the aerospace ecosystem at Dubai South.
Upon completion, the Sky Support Complex will offer flexible warehouse, office and commercial spaces, dedicated landside access, and seamless connectivity to Al Maktoum International Airport and the wider Dubai South ecosystem, providing companies with efficient operational and logistics capabilities.
The facility is situated within a bonded free zone, enabling businesses to benefit from 100% foreign ownership, advanced infrastructure and a business-friendly environment tailored to the operational requirements of the aviation industry.
