Al Qana, Abu Dhabi’s unique waterfront destination with a 2.4-kilometer-long beautiful coastline and picturesque pavements has added more than 14 new restaurants, making the area a new hub for social dining, art and culture and entertainment.

Rooftop Garden Lounge

One of the main highlights of these new additions is the Rooftop Garden Lounge at Bridge Lifestyle Hub in Al Qana. The Lounge which boasts a 100 percent organic concept, offers beautiful views of Al Qana’s city lights and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

The attractive atmosphere of Rooftop Garden Lounge comes with a selection of vibrant and delicious dishes that can be shared and paired with a collection of artisanal mocktails.

Tazal

Another new and stylized concept is the Tazal, a unique, bold and intricate twist on global cuisine with an Arabic touch, reviving the Arab heritage with a proud coffee origin, the warmth of homemade baking and a mix of fine dining food experiences.

Tazal visitors can enjoy an active marina, luxurious landscape and beautiful views while relaxing on the outdoor terrace. The restaurant is located in the “Al Zaytoun District” facing the main entrance to the National Aquarium.

Mado

Mado is another new hotspot that combines traditional Turkish cuisine and dessert with a unique dining experience. As a historic restaurant chain, Mado’s trademark ice cream has been a global hit for over 300 years, combining tradition and taste. The restaurant is located on the terrace of the Al Matal District in Al Qana with beautiful sunset views.

Commenting on the new expansion, Mr. Stuart Gissing, General Manager at Al Qana remarked that “We strive to position Al Qana as the heartbeat of Abu Dhabi by inspiring social entertainment and human connection. The inclusion of these new eateries introduces a variety of cuisine and cultural experiences that will ultimately help us in getting one step closer to achieving our overarching goal.”

Otoro

Otoro, a modern Japanese concept located in the “Al Zaytoun District” blends luxury and serenity in an urban atmosphere. Visitors to Otoro can expect high-quality food that arrives quickly and is delicious in every bite. The urbanized mid-century interior offers an extraordinary dining experience with views of ancient olive trees.

In addition to the already-captivating Cartel Coffee Roasters, Notorious Café, La Ballena Café, and Taste Restaurant in Al Qana, these new ideas provide a growing range of popular culinary ideas to engage food lovers, Mr. Gissing added.

New upcoming concepts include Oii Restaurant, Joud Café, Terra Café, Space Café, Puffs Coffee Bar, Tjaarz Coffee Works, Pavo Restaurant, Steps Café, Blue Waves Café, and Cave Café.

The Al Qana General Manager further added that the realization of these outlets would further enhance the culture and cuisine of Al Qana, creating the ultimate dining destination for UAE citizens and residents.
