Abu Dhabi’s SEHA joins with King Fahad Specialist Hospital to elevate quality of services

The UAE’s largest healthcare network Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) has entered into a  Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with King Fahad Specialist Hospital-Dammam (KFSH-D) of Saudi Arabia to foster the quality of services provided to both communities.

Under the MoU both the firms target to promote healthcare benefits between the institutions by developing training programs, exchanging administrative and clinical knowledge and expertise, as well as promoting services in the areas of medicine, academia and clinical research.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Gareth Goodier, Group Chief Executive Officer of SEHA and Mr. Omar Sharif, Chief Executive Officer of KFSH-D, under the presence of Dr. Abdulaziz Al Ghamdi, Chief Executive Officer of the First Health Cluster in Eastern Region (KSA) along with the senior management team of both SEHA and KFSH-D.

The MoU sets the path for future partnerships that support the countries’ vision to deliver high-quality healthcare services in all aspects, including stem cell transplantation.

By expanding its network with local, regional, and international organizations that share its objectives and values SEHA is contributing to the development of the nation’s healthcare industry.
