The Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition ACRES 2026 has kicked off at Expo Centre Sharjah, organized by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department and Leader Events Management.
Held under the patronage of Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, ACRES 2026 runs until 24 January and is expected to generate property transactions exceeding $1.36 billion (AED 5 billion).
ACRES 2026 has recorded its highest-ever participation, attracting over 120 exhibitors who have fully occupied the expansive 10,000 square meters of exhibition space. The exhibitors are showcasing more than 200 newly launched projects across a wide range of segments, including residential units, integrated communities, commercial and industrial properties, as well as strategic investment plots.
Many of these developments are being introduced to the Sharjah market for the first time, offering buyers and investors fresh opportunities.
In addition, the projects reflect innovative designs and sustainable urban growth strategies, highlighting the emirate’s commitment to modern, eco-friendly, and long-term city planning. The exhibition thus serves as a comprehensive platform for stakeholders to explore, invest, and engage with the rapidly evolving real estate landscape in Sharjah.
ACRES 2026 special sessions
ACRES 2026 features a robust knowledge program with over 30 free panel discussions, workshops, and training sessions in Arabic and English, covering investment trends, market insights, and sustainable real estate solutions.
The event also debuts the ACRES Podcast, offering expert analysis beyond the exhibition. Sharjah’s real estate market is thriving, with $12.06 billion (AED 44.3 billion) in cash transactions recorded during the first nine months of 2025.
Visitors enjoy exclusive incentives, including a 50 percent reduction in real estate registration fees for transactions concluded during the exhibition, approved by the Sharjah Executive Council. ACRES 2026 also introduces Sharjah’s first escrow account system for real estate projects, boosting transparency, security, and investor confidence, and reinforcing the emirate’s reputation as a trusted real estate hub.
