Consumers and commercial customers can use the updated ADNOC Distribution app to place orders, with the ability to use the ‘On the Spot’ ordering service if they prefer their regular delivery agent.
Orders can be paid for with ADNOC Wallet and card payments on the app, as well as live tracking through to delivery, which is guaranteed within the hour, and ADNOC Rewards points will be earned with every purchase. The cylinders are delivered and fitted by the company’s skilled professionals, who ensure that the highest standards of health and safety are maintained at all times.
The service is currently available in a number of Abu Dhabi locations and is the company’s latest digital innovation for a better, more simplified customer experience.

ADNOC Distribution introduced its ADNOC Oasis online delivery service in 2020, allowing customers to order products from ADNOC Distribution stores around the UAE and have them delivered to their doorstep with Talabat and Carriage.
In addition, its digital payment options include the fully contactless ADNOC wallet, where customers can choose the station they are at, pump number, fuel amount and pay directly from the app.
