ADNOC Distribution and Americana Restaurants International has announced a strategic partnership to expand dining and convenience services across ADNOC Distribution service station locations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.

Under the agreement, up to 200 quick-service restaurants from Americana Restaurants’ portfolio of 12 international brands will be introduced across ADNOC Distribution’s network.

The initiative is aimed at increasing customer access to food and beverage services at mobility and convenience locations across the three markets.

The partnership combines ADNOC Distribution’s retail network with Americana Restaurants’ operational capabilities and restaurant portfolio to provide integrated dining services within fuel and convenience destinations.

The companies said the collaboration supports changing customer preferences and the growing demand for accessible retail and food services during travel and daily commuting.

ADNOC Distribution said that the agreement forms part of its strategy to expand non-fuel retail operations and strengthen its convenience offering across the region.

Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Americana Restaurants PLC, said that, “Americana Restaurants is proud to partner with ADNOC Distribution to bring our portfolio of iconic brands and operational expertise to every high-traffic consumer touchpoint. This partnership enables us to transform fuel and mobility hubs into vibrant destination experiences where customers can conveniently enjoy trusted brands, great food, and elevated hospitality on the go.”

“This partnership marks another step in ADNOC Distribution’s strategy to enhance customer convenience and grow our non-fuel retail offering across the region. By combining our network and customer reach with Americana Restaurants’ portfolio of globally recognized brands and operational expertise, we are creating more accessible and integrated retail experiences for customers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.”

The agreement will also support the continued expansion of ‘The Hub by ADNOC,’ the company’s destination-focused retail concept that combines fuel stations, EV charging facilities, car care, dining outlets, and retail services in a single location.

ADNOC Distribution plans to expand The Hub by ADNOC to 30 locations across the UAE by 2030. The Hub by ADNOC is expected to contribute around $30 million in annual EBITDA by 2030. Americana Restaurants’ brands will be introduced across several Hub locations as part of the expansion.

The partnership also aligns with ADNOC Distribution’s target to double non-fuel retail transactions by 2030. For Americana Restaurants, the partnership provides access to strategically located service stations and convenience destinations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
