Al-Futtaim ACE has begun the region’s first digital drive-thru shopping experience at Dubai Festival City. Customers will be able to shop online from a catalog of over 15,000 products and drive to pick them up from the next day onwards.

The drive-thru parking, which is RTA-permitted, comprises of six-car bays, with a devoted area for people of determination. Shoppers need to reserve a collection time slot to pick up their orders between 8 AM to 9 PM any day of the week.

Timings for the drive-thru service, which is free of charge, could change depending on the COVID-19 restrictions enforced by the authorities from time to time.
