SAL Logistics Services has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with King Salman Energy City Dry Port (SPARK Logistics) to explore cooperation in logistics services, supply chain solutions, and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia.

The agreement provides a general framework for collaboration between the two organizations to identify opportunities in logistics, supply chain management, and integrated industrial services.

It also aims to support operational coordination between the two entities in line with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives for the logistics and industrial sectors.

SAL Logistics Services is a provider of cargo handling, logistics, and supply chain solutions in the Kingdom, while SPARK Logistics operates the dry port and logistics zone within King Salman Energy Park in the Eastern Province. The dry port serves industrial businesses by connecting them with regional and international trade routes.

Under the MoU, the two parties will study opportunities to cooperate in logistics services, supply chain solutions, and integrated services for industrial and logistics projects. They will also explore areas of operational integration to improve logistics operations and support industrial activities.

The scope of the agreement includes evaluating opportunities to provide warehousing and transportation services based on the requirements of future projects and mutual business interests.

The MoU brings together SAL’s experience in cargo handling and integrated logistics services with SPARK Logistics’ industrial and logistics infrastructure.

The agreement forms part of SAL Logistics’ efforts to expand cooperation with organizations operating in the logistics and industrial sectors. Through such partnerships, the company aims to support the development of integrated logistics services and strengthen coordination across supply chains.
