As part of public service enhancement efforts, the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) has launched the second version of its Taa’kud service, introducing property price data to improve transparency and support informed real estate decisions.

Users can view average property prices within a specific block by entering the block or property number, with three-year price indicators based on verified transaction data to help track market trends and assess property values against comparable sales.

Basem bin Yaqoub Al Hamar, President of the SLRB, said that the Taa’kud’s new feature adds value by using automatically updated transaction data, with indicators serving as guidance on market trends. The service covers multiple property types and continues to see strong uptake, surpassing 30,000 users since launch.

Al Hamar noted that Taa’kud also won first place at the Bahrain Digital Content Award 2025 in the Smart Settlements and Urban Expansion category, reflecting its impact on transparency and digital transformation.

The SLRB President further asserted that the development efforts are ongoing, reflecting the Bureau’s commitment to keeping pace with the government’s direction to improve the efficiency and quality of all public services and to facilitate seamless procedures and service delivery. These efforts are undertaken within the framework of the Government Program 2023–2026 and in alignment with the government performance and digital transformation pillar.

As part of ongoing government efforts to modernize public services, over 1,300 services have been documented, translated, and published, with 800 re-engineered across sectors based on feedback from the national ‘Tawasul’ system, investors, and secret shopper evaluations.

Guidance manuals and service level agreements have been introduced to boost efficiency, service quality, beneficiary experience, and support the digital transformation agenda.
