Qatar-based dairy producer Baladna has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with UAE-based Al Dahra Holding to cooperate in global farming operations and long-term animal feed supply to support Baladna’s dairy business across international markets.

The agreement was signed in Abu Dhabi during the Make it in the Emirates 2026 forum and outlines a framework for cooperation in several agribusiness areas, including farming platform development, agricultural operations management, and feed commodity supply.

The proposed partnership would involve Al Dahra serving as a global farming partner and strategic supplier for grains and other feed products required for Baladna’s operations.

The companies will also coordinate on product specifications, supply volumes, and delivery schedules across Baladna’s dairy operations in different markets.

The agreement is expected to support Baladna’s international expansion plans, including its operations in Syria and other regional markets where the company is expanding its dairy production and supply chain network.

The MoU was signed by Baladna Group Chief Executive Officer Marek Warzywoda and Al Dahra GCC Managing Director Wissam Abbas. The signing ceremony was attended by Baladna Group Chief Financial Officer Saifullah Khan, Baladna Algeria Board Member Maurice A. Ghattas, and Al Dahra Group Chief Executive Officer Arnoud van den Berg.
