BankDhofar has been awarded the prestigious ‘Best Place to Work 2026’ certification by the UK-based Best Places to Work organization.

This achievement reflects the bank’s continued success in fostering a positive work environment that promotes innovation, professional development, and the empowerment of national talent.

The award was granted based on the results of a comprehensive survey assessing organizational culture and employee satisfaction. BankDhofar achieved high scores across several key indicators related to workplace environment and employee experience, particularly in the areas of professional development, leadership effectiveness, internal communication, and the alignment of human resources strategies with employee aspirations and organizational objectives.

This recognition underscores BankDhofar’s commitment to creating a supportive and motivating workplace that enables employees to develop their skills and achieve their professional ambitions, ultimately enhancing the quality of customer service and strengthening the bank’s competitiveness in the banking sector.

The global recognition adds to BankDhofar’s growing list of achievements in the field of human resources. The bank was previously recognized by the Ministry of Labor for its excellence in organizational innovation and change management, in appreciation of its pioneering efforts in developing the workplace, empowering Omani talent, and adopting sustainable institutional transformation practices.
