Dalil Holding (Dalil) and e7 Group (e7), leading providers of secure identity solutions, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic investment in Idenex, Dalil’s specialized identity management subsidiary.

The collaboration aims to create a UAE-based national champion in identity solutions, strengthening the country’s global leadership in secure, citizen-centric digital identity ecosystems.

The MoU reflects a shared vision to expand Idenex’s successful UAE model to international markets, positioning the company as a leading global provider of smart digital identity solutions.

Idenex develops scalable, secure identity ecosystems for governments and large enterprises, enabling integrated digital infrastructures that enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and support large-scale digital transformation programs.

Through the collaboration, Dalil and e7 will integrate advanced identity technologies with secure manufacturing capabilities, covering the full lifecycle of identity management, including enrolment, personalization, credential management, authentication, and lifecycle services, for both domestic and international markets.

The partnership underlines the UAE’s strategic intent to scale its proven identity solutions internationally and position Idenex as a trusted global provider leveraging Emirati technology, governance, and service excellence.
