Digital-Only Liv Bank strives to enhance customer experience with Microsoft deal

The digital-only lifestyle bank operated and managed by Emirates NBD Group, Liv has partnered with American software giant Microsoft to elevate the digital customer experience.

“Microsoft Azure is rapidly picking up broader awareness from businesses, large and small, who are increasingly trusting the services to enhance their capabilities from the more than 60+ Azure regions, including the UAE cloud regions,” Mr. Naim Yazbeck, Regional Director, Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG), Microsoft UAE of Microsoft stated while adding that “These cloud services provide the opportunity to provide real-time insights that advance customer service and deliver a more refined consumer-focused business offering through enterprise-scale analytics, applicable across the financial sector.”

Microsoft Azure Cloud Services will now power Emirates NBD’s Liv digital bank which acts as a ‘financial buddy’ to its millennial clients.

Liv digital bank’s Today landing page has a variety of technical integrations offering a broad range of services, with advanced APIs (Application Programming Interface) and analytics that deliver a personalized banking experience. The enhancements will further elevate the Liv. proposition, which has received significant global recognition for its lifestyle-centered offering, making it the bank of choice for the younger generation.
