Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of three chambers under Dubai Chambers, recently met with the Fruit and Vegetable Traders Business Group to discuss enhancing sector resilience and competitiveness, while ensuring smooth import flows from diverse markets.

The meeting, attended by HE Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, focused on the priorities of fruit and vegetable companies and explored practical ways to diversify sourcing and strengthen supply chain resilience, supporting market stability and operational efficiency.

Business Group representatives emphasized that Dubai’s resilient business environment enables the private sector to adapt to evolving challenges.

They highlighted the sector’s proactive solutions to supply chain issues and praised the strong public-private partnership, along with ongoing government support for businesses under all conditions.

The meeting is part of a broader series by Dubai Chamber engaging Business Groups and Councils to assess current conditions, anticipate future trends, and strengthen sector readiness for global developments.

Supporting the business community remains a top priority, with Dubai Chamber working to boost private sector participation, enhance competitiveness, and empower Business Groups to shape regulations and improve operations across sectors.
