Dubai has launched ‘A Dubai Invite,’ a new program that encourages residents to invite family and friends to visit the emirate while offering a range of travel, hospitality, and lifestyle benefits.

Developed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), the initiative will run until 31 October 2026 and is designed to recognize Dubai’s multicultural resident community by providing incentives for hosting visiting guests.

Under the program, residents can access benefits for eligible visitors, including discounts of up to 45 percent on hotel stays and resort credits equivalent to 100 percent of the room rate at participating properties.

These include W Dubai Mina Seyahi, The Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina, Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark, Melia Desert Palm, ME Dubai by Melia, and participating IHG Hotels & Resorts properties across the city.

The program also includes offers at selected attractions such as Aquaventure Waterpark, IMG Worlds of Adventure, and Grand Hyatt Waterpark, as well as dining benefits at participating restaurants including Asia Asia, Ula, Papas, The 305, and Lock, Stock & Barrel.

In addition, Careem is providing complimentary Careem Plus membership along with transport rebates on Hala Taxi and selected services. All offers can be redeemed until 31 December 2026, allowing residents and their guests to use the benefits beyond the initial visit.

Noor Al Geziry, AVP, Special Projects & MENA at the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, stated that the residents play an important role in promoting Dubai by sharing their personal experiences with family and friends.

Al Geziry noted that the program reflects the department’s objective of positioning Dubai as a preferred destination to visit, live, and work while supporting the goals of the UAE’s Year of Family initiative.

Residents with visitors arriving between 20 July and 31 October 2026 must register their guests through the program’s official platform by 30 September 2026 to access the available benefits.

Visitor arrivals will be verified through a unified process supported by the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA – Dubai). Once verified, residents can access benefits offered by participating hotels, attractions, restaurants, and lifestyle destinations.

Each resident can unlock up to three verified benefits during the program period, with one benefit available for each eligible guest party.
