An instant license covers four legal modes – Limited Liability Company, One Person LLC, Sole Proprietorship and Civil Company.
Dubai Economy has reduced the fee for instant licenses by over 90 percent, from Dh 3,000 to Dh 250. The licensee will be given membership in Dubai Chamber directly, an establishment card of the General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) as well as three work permits for employees from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) once the trade license is issued.

The press statement issued on Monday said the same fee will apply when the instant license is renewed.
The instant license service decreases human interaction through automated licensing systems and easy passage to a business license. It ensures that entrepreneurs can commence their business activity instantly after the license is obtained, and then complete the remaining obligations of the license, such as approvals from other relevant government organizations.
