The National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) has rolled out a new series of enhancements to its NBK Mobile Banking App, aimed at delivering a faster, smarter, and more user-friendly digital banking experience.
The updates come as part of NBK’s continued commitment to meeting customer expectations and were developed in direct response to user feedback, suggestions, and concerns.
Among the key improvements are faster transaction speeds, streamlined navigation, and upgraded security features, all designed to make banking more efficient and convenient for customers on the go.
Another enhancement includes creating a separate dashboard of the user’s children on the NBK Mobile Banking App, so users can easily manage their children’s accounts. In addition, the user can add a nickname for their minors.
Moreover, the temporary card blocking feature has been enhanced, allowing customers to block their cards at once with a single action, making the process faster, more efficient, and providing immediate peace of mind in urgent situations.
Commenting on the latest updates, Mohammad Al Dakhil, AVP – Digital Business at NBK, said that, “At NBK, we believe innovation begins with listening. We are proud to turn our customers’ ideas into real improvements that make everyday banking easier and more reassuring.”
