Netflix, the American video streaming platform, has added three new games on its Android platform including Wonderputt Forever, Knittens, and Dominoes Cafe, taking the total number of games on the platform to ten.

Earlier, the platform offered Stranger Things: 1984, Stranger Things 3, The Game, Shooting Hoops, Card Blast, Teeter Up, Asphalt Xtreme and Bowling Ballers.

The new games can be downloaded from Google Play Store. Android users who want to play the new games can pick them through the games row or games tab available on the Netflix app for mobile devices. On the other hand, members on an iOS device will see a dedicated games row where they can select any game to download.

The Netflix subscribers are free to download and play. Netflix will not charge any extra fees for enabling mobile games to be played on its platform. Netflix launched games on its platform for Android last month, followed by iOS a week later.

Netflix’s interest in the rapidly booming gaming industry is not new. In July, it formally revealed plans to start offering games during its quarterly earnings in July. The California-headquartered company also hired Mr. Mike Verdu as the Vice President of its Game Development unit earlier this year to kick-off the plans.

Last month, Netflix also started testing a TikTok-like feature called ‘Kids Clip’ to attract young viewers on the platform. The new offering is initially appearing on Netflix’s iOS app for some users.
