Oman’s OIFC & Simpa Marketing Research unite to improve customer services

Oman-based leading Investment and Services firm Oman Investment & Finance Company (OIFC), also know as Khedmah, has signed an agreement with the region’s first premier full-service marketing research agency Simpa Marketing Research to provide enhanced services to its customers.

Under the agreement, a survey will be undertaken to determine the most recent market trends and consumer ambitions. Furthermore, the survey will assess client satisfaction with Khedmah’s services.

Simpa will also conduct surveys aimed at different sectors of Khedmah’s customers to assess their satisfaction with services such as electricity, water, and telecommunications bill payment, as well as phone recharge, power prepaid meters, and other services.

Further, it will conduct questionnaires and interviews to assess client experiences and highlight their goals. Finally, it will submit to OIFC a thorough and detailed report on the findings and recommendations.
