Qatar-based multinational telecommunications company, Ooredoo, which supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) and small office/home office (SOHO) businesses through innovative solutions, has become the Platinum Sponsor of Rowaiha 3.
The event, scheduled to take place at Marsa Katara from November 27 to December 4, 2021, is designed to give young entrepreneurs a platform where they can exhibit their products, subjecting them to scrutiny at a global level.
Rowaiha 3 serves the community by offering exposure to interesting and new options, brimming with potential benefits for consumers. The event lets small businesses bring innovative goods and services to the market, thereby supporting economic growth and diversification.
“Ooredoo’s Platinum Sponsor status will help to highlight the importance of this occasion, prompting prospective business customers to connect with local entrepreneurs. Our corporate social responsibility includes a clear commitment to supporting the communities in which we operate, and through this latest sponsorship we aim to both fulfill that commitment and contribute to the development of Qatar’s startup ecosystem.”
The attendees of the event will include Qatari executives and business leaders from the GCC region and big corporations, offering support for new business startups by helping them to thrive. During Rowaiha 3, a bespoke, branded bus will tour Qatar’s city streets, further improving the campaign’s presence.
During the event, 30 smartphone masterpieces from Qatar Museum’s ‘The Art and The Mobile initiative’, aimed to shine a light on Qatar’s budding artists, will be on sale with proceeds being donated to charitable organizations.
