The Qatar National Tourism Council (QNTC) has launched Visit Qatar mobile app, the first-of-its-kind platform that uses innovative, cloud-based Adobe Experience Manager to provide a rich and data-driven, curated experience for users.

In line with the wider digital transformation strategy of Qatar, the app is designed to be a user-centric digital travel companion through which visitors can discover the cultural heritage sites, outdoor sports activities, diverse culinary scene and unique attractions of the country.

The app gives 360-degree and panoramic views of iconic sites and landmarks in country, personalized recommendations of nearby attractions and points of interest. Other helpful functions include the feature to shortlist top locations by putting it in ‘favorite’, plot and plan stay with a mapping assistant, and discover personalized recommendations based on user preferences.
