According to its official representatives, TopTop’s social gaming app is gaining massive traction in Saudi Arabia through the Online Jackaroo Championship.
Designed as a 2v2 battle format tailored to MENA users’ preferences, the competition has captivated tens of thousands of participants, driving engagement and growth for the platform.
This championship takes place over the weekends to accommodate participants’ leisure time. The championship is reportedly set to run until the end of the first quarter of 2025, featuring generous rewards provided by TopTop. TopTop said that at least 5,000 participants have received STC prepaid vouchers, with additional exciting prizes planned for the winners in the future.
This isn’t the first time TopTop has captured the attention of users in the Middle East. In May 2024, the app was featured on the Apple App Store, where it was recommended to users across several countries and regions, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, and Oman.
TopTop entered the ‘Social + Entertainment’ niche years ago, aiming to establish a strong presence in the MENA region. Soon after its launch, the app consistently ranked among the top spots on the best-selling social apps charts across Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. According to disclosed data, the app’s average daily active user time has reached 60 minutes.

Reports indicate that TopTop’s total revenue surged by over 100% year-on-year in 2024. Many industry analysts attribute this impressive growth to two key factors: precise product positioning and localization-focused operational strategies.
In the vibrant social landscape of the MENA region, TopTop meets the dual demands of local youth for social interaction and entertainment. Users can engage in voice chats and text messaging at any time during gameplay. Additionally, TopTop has introduced features such as gift leaderboards and paid voice chat rooms, facilitating deeper interactive experiences while ensuring sustainable revenue generation for the platform.
TopTop strikes a balance between gaming and social interaction, enabling users to form meaningful connections. For example, in tile-matching games—typically single-player experiences—TopTop offers a 4-player battle mode. Players can team up and select opponents, engaging in multiple competitive rounds, with the last player standing crowned the winner.

TopTop’s diverse game selection has become a core attraction for its broad user base. The platform prominently features popular games in the MENA region, such as Ludo and Dominoes, alongside fast-paced, competitive titles like Candy Boom, Draw Something, and UNO. According to an insider close to TopTop’s R&D team, the company regularly conducts market research to update its game portfolio and boost user engagement.
Reports indicate that TopTop’s social gaming app has been actively engaging in both online and offline campaigns since 2024. According to the app’s official representatives, the company launched its brand theme song and music video in Turkey last July, accompanied by extensive offline advertising in key areas of Istanbul.
