7X, in partnership with key Abu Dhabi government entities, has launched ADEED, the UAE Supply Chain Support Platform, to strengthen supply chain resilience and ensure business continuity across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.

The platform brings together a coordinated network of strategic partners, including the AbuDhabi Investment Office (ADIO), the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI), Abu Dhabi Customs, and Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (ADQCC).

Together, these entities form an integrated ecosystem aimed at addressing supply chain disruptions and ensuring the seamless flow of goods and materials.

Integrated logistics and trade support

Positioned as a central enabler across trade, transport, and logistics, 7X will utilize its operational capabilities to respond to supply chain needs identified through ADEED.

The company will coordinate solutions across air, land, and sea logistics networks, both domestically and internationally, while also supporting fulfillment services.

The platform is designed to provide businesses with greater visibility into supply chain operations, particularly in the movement of industrial inputs and export-linked materials.

AI-driven insights and coordination

ADEED uses advanced artificial intelligence to deliver actionable insights into supply chain and trade processes.

The system structures business requests, identifies gaps, and connects users with the appropriate logistics and trade expertise. This enables faster decision-making and more efficient navigation of complex supply chain challenges.

Requests are channelled through the ADCCI Trade Working Group, ensuring that each case is monitored and addressed through a coordinated response involving relevant stakeholders. While ADIO facilitates connections with international and domestic suppliers, 7X orchestrates the logistics network to ensure timely and reliable movement of goods.

Officials emphasized that the platform reflects Abu Dhabi’s commitment to building a resilient and agile economic ecosystem. By integrating regulatory oversight, logistics infrastructure, and market intelligence, ADEED enhances the emirate’s ability to respond proactively to supply chain disruptions.
