UAE’s biggest developer by market value, Aldar Properties launched Noya, a master-planned residential community on iconic Yas Island, as it continues to expand and modify its portfolio in the emirate.
The $256 million (Dh940 million) project is situated in an investment zone, with all properties available for purchase on a freehold basis.
Noya, located close to the Yas Acres flagship of Aldar, offers residents the chance to combine the luxury of living on Yas Island, the capital’s premier destination for leisure and entertainment along with the easy access to the heart of Abu Dhabi.
The project features 510 residences with price ranging from $40,000 (Dh1.49 million), including 4-bedroom villas and 2-and 3-bedroom townhouses.

Construction of Noya is expected to start in the second quarter of 2021, with handovers to begin in the second quarter of 2023.
