GlobeMed Saudi, a healthcare benefits management company, and Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Company, a cooperative insurance company, have signed a healthcare benefits management agreement.
Under the agreement, GlobeMed Saudi will provide third-party administration (TPA) services to Al-Etihad’s insured members beginning July 1, 2026.
The agreement enables Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance to utilize GlobeMed Saudi’s healthcare benefits management platform and provider network to expand access to healthcare services for its insured members across Saudi Arabia.
Through the partnership, Al-Etihad members will have access to GlobeMed Saudi’s network of more than 4,200 healthcare providers across the Kingdom.
The network includes hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, medical complexes, and physical therapy centers, providing access to a broad range of healthcare services.

GlobeMed Saudi has operated in the Saudi health insurance market for more than two decades and currently serves nine payers across the public and private sectors.
The company manages healthcare benefits for more than 3.9 million insured members in the private sector and also provides services to beneficiaries of the Center of National Health Insurance.
