Qatar-based logistics provider GWC Group has entered into a strategic partnership with UAE-based Meydan Management Services to support companies establishing operations in the United Arab Emirates and expanding across Gulf markets.
Under the agreement, GWC will become the preferred logistics partner for businesses operating within Meydan Free Zone.
The partnership combines GWC’s integrated logistics and supply chain services with Meydan’s business setup and corporate enablement solutions, providing companies with support from incorporation through to commercial operations.
The collaboration is intended to simplify the process of establishing a business in the UAE while supporting regional expansion into Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, and Bahrain.
By bringing together business setup and logistics services, the two companies provide businesses with a single framework for starting and operating their regional activities.
GWC stated that the partnership will support companies seeking to enter the UAE market by providing logistics services alongside business establishment solutions.
The company added that the collaboration is intended to help businesses move from registration to operational readiness more efficiently and support their expansion across GCC markets.
Matthew Kearns, GWC Group CEO, underscored that, “This strategic partnership with Meydan Free Zone is about giving businesses a single, end-to-end foundation, from company formation all the way through to customer delivery. Through this collaboration, GWC Group becomes a trusted partner embedded within the operational models of businesses. We enable them to bring products to market quickly and seamlessly and focus on growth, while we manage their entire logistics journey from day one.”
GWC designed the agreement to strengthen the business support ecosystem by combining logistics capabilities with corporate enablement services.
The partnership assists businesses at different stages of their operations, from company formation to regional growth, while improving coordination between business setup and supply chain requirements.
GWC emphasized that the agreement is strategic and facilitative in nature and is not expected to have any material direct impact on its financial position or operating results.
The company will disclose any significant developments arising from the partnership in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
By combining logistics expertise with business setup services, GWC Group and Meydan Management Services aim to provide companies with practical support for operating and expanding across the GCC region.
