Etihad Cargo, the logistics arm of Etihad Airways, has expanded its website with five additional languages and introduced new digital tools aimed at improving shipment management and customer experience.
As part of its growing international operations, the Etihad Cargo website is now available in Japanese, German, Spanish, Chinese and Arabic. The expansion is designed to improve accessibility for customers and partners worldwide, enabling them to access services and manage shipments in their preferred language.
The carrier has also introduced a series of enhancements to its online portal to simplify shipment management and provide customers with greater control over bookings.
A new preferred shipment time selection feature allows users to align bookings with specific flight departure windows, improving planning accuracy. Additional shipment sub-statuses have been introduced to provide greater transparency and clearer visibility into cargo progress at every stage.
Further updates include local time stamps across booking timelines, providing greater clarity when tracking shipments across multiple time zones. User management functions have also been enhanced to deliver a faster and more intuitive administrative experience.
In addition, upgraded portal booking management capabilities allow customers to independently update and manage bookings, including those made on instant offer and spot rates, offering increased flexibility and efficiency.
