Qatar Post has been awarded the Gold Award for Customer Care and the Performance Award at the 2025 EMS (Express Mail Service) Awards.

This new international achievement further strengthens the company’s track record, reaffirming its leadership and excellence in operational performance, while demonstrating its ongoing commitment to delivering a top-tier customer experience in line with the highest global standards.

Qatar Post’s Gold Award (EMS Customer Care Awards 2025) recognizes its outstanding levels of customer service, communication quality, and responsiveness, reflecting the company’s commitment to placing the customer at the heart of its operations.

According to the statement, Qatar Post also received the EMS Performance Award (EMS Performance Awards 2025), which is granted to postal operators who achieve advanced levels of operational efficiency, particularly in the areas of delivery speed, reliability, and adherence to internationally recognized quality indicators.

The awards were officially presented during the EMS Cooperative Board meeting, held at the Universal Postal Union (UPU) headquarters in Bern, Switzerland, in the presence of representatives from the postal sector worldwide.
