UAE’s Response Plus acquires medical training firm Health-Tech

UAE’s largest provider of healthcare services Response Plus Holding has acquired the leading medical and non-medical training center in the region, Health-Tech Training for $2.6 million (Dh9.8 million).

According to the statement, the acquisition came in line with the company’s vision to be a one-stop-shop in all aspects of healthcare services.

This acquisition will also help Response Plus Holding in combining the important aspects of training and career development in their major vertical of medical manpower supply. Response Plus Holdings is planning to extend Health Tech branches and services to more regions in the next year.

“Our vision is to create a highly dynamic business model and meet the continuing demand for training, given its mandatory medical license renewal requirements for employees. The aim of this acquisition is to expand services in a cost-effective manner into the training sector and add it to our list of comprehensive services. As part of our offerings in our manpower source markets and manpower supply markets, we intend to provide the much-required medical & soft skill training before deployment itself to various key clients of ours.”

The new acquisition by Response Plus Holding has the potential to improve medical standards even higher in this region, as well as provide medical professionals with more opportunities for long-term career growth.

Health-Tech

Founded in 2014, Health-Tech is accredited by the prestigious American Heart Association, the American Health and Safety Institute, Highfield, and the European Resuscitation Council, NAEMT. The strategically curated courses offered at the training center includes BLS, ACLS, PALS, Heart Saver, PHTLS & Fire and Safety, Infection Control Program, CSSD, and other CME courses.
