The Ajman Department of Tourism, Culture, and Media (ADTCM) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Horizon University College to strengthen collaboration across education, tourism, culture, and media development in the emirate.
The partnership aims to deepen institutional collaboration through joint academic initiatives, applied training programs, and specialized workshops designed to enhance research capabilities and technical competencies.
The agreement was signed by HE Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi, Director-General of ADTCM, and Prof. Mohammad In’airat, President of Horizon University College.
Under the framework of the MoU, students will gain access to practical training opportunities aligned with the evolving needs of the tourism and cultural sectors.
The collaboration also includes the delivery of professional courses and capacity-building programs for students and government employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skills development.
