This new daily service offers our customers greater convenience and strengthens the growing travel and trade links between the UAE and Thailand. With Krabi now joining Bangkok and Phuket on our network from Sharjah, customers can enjoy even more convenient travel options to the country’s most popular destinations.”
The UAE and Thailand have long enjoyed strong tourism ties, with both countries fostering a growing relationship in recent years.
Thailand, with its rich cultural heritage, stunning landscapes, and vibrant tourism industry, has become a popular destination for UAE nationals and residents, while the UAE’s modern infrastructure, luxurious offerings, and strategic location have made it a key hub for Thai travelers exploring the Middle East and beyond.
The inaugural flight of Air Arabia’s new daily nonstop service between Sharjah and Krabi took off from Sharjah International Airport on November 28, 2025. Upon arrival in Krabi, passengers were warmly greeted by Phipat Ratchakitprakarn, Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand and Minister of Transport, along with senior officials from both Air Arabia and Krabi Airport.
