Al Hamra Real Estate completes 3 ISO recertifications

Al Hamra Real Estate Company has completed the recertification audit for three internationally recognized ISO management system standards awarded by Bureau Veritas, reaffirming its compliance with global requirements for quality, environmental management, and occupational health and safety.

The company stated that the recertification supports its Enhancement Strategy, which focuses on improving management efficiency, strengthening operational excellence, and embedding international best practices across its operations.

The renewed certifications include ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001:2015 for Environmental Management Systems, and ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

The ISO recertification adds to Al Hamra Real Estate Company’s recent recognitions, including Al Hamra Shopping Center’s Diamond Classification in 2025 under the Ministry of Health’s national Health-Enhanced Mall initiative after achieving a score of 94 percent. The shopping center also received three honorary medals for Physical Activity Promotion, Community Support, and Environmental Sustainability.
